| The holiday house “Camil la Croux” it’s cast in the ancient core of the rural village of Usseaux in the Alps. The house, belonging to the XVIII century, has been remodeled in 2005 maintaining and emphasizing the typical alpine style architecture. |

| Usseaux (pronounced Ussò, with soft U) is a typical alpine village characterized by rural architecture, unaffected by time. Along the stone pavement alleys we can come across remarkable XVI century fountains, also the “San Pietro” church together with various murals which unfold the story and tell the simple daily lives of the village dwellers. Furthermore, charming other villages surround Usseaux. Such as “Laux” known for his lake and the towering “Albergian” mountain, “Balboutet” the sun village famous for its meridians or “Pourrieres”. All reachable by walking. Through snow shoes, mountain bike, or just walking, we can disclose inspiring sightseeing and uncontaminated landscape in various itineraries all year around. |
