| Casa dei Sogni d'Oro is a former shepherd's house, surrounded by fields with lovely view, near the vineyards of the Verdicchio and only 30 km from the sea. Is run by Flemish-Belgian owners and is quietly nestled between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine mountains a short drive from the Ancona Airport. The house is ideal for a relaxing, sporting, gastronomic and cultural holidays; with or without the children. Small pets are allowed. You will find mountains, beach, beautiful old towns and charming villages, but also unspoiled nature. It is reminiscent of Tuscany, but here you can still find peace, quiet and purity. The perfect setting for experiencing the real Italy and enjoy. |

| Currently there are 4 independent apartments furnished in different sizes with maximum preservation of the original features that are typical of the Italian houses. All apartments have a separate entrance and a private terrace and have a small kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven and separate living and sleeping areas. All apartments have gas heating with radiators and one apartment also has a wood stove. There is wireless internet via satellite link available in the entire house. There is a large swimming pool of 12x6 meters with stunning view on the surroundings and the Apennines, which has an honesty bar and shady setting places under an old oak tree. For the youngest there is a separate playground |
