It is a 10 min drive from Fumel where there are many large supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Numerous famous bastide towns and chateaux are nearby and well worth a visit. Belves, Monflanquin, Monpazier, Villefranche-du-Perigod, Issigeac and Chateau de Biron to mention just a few. The beautiful town of Sarlat is only a 45 min drive away. Maison Meunier is located on 17 acres of private land. |

| Maison Meunier - 2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 5, single storey cottage, completely private with it's own 5m swimming pool approx 1.4 m deep and sun-loungers on it's decking.Idyllic days can be spent sitting on the veranda or patio, overlooking the stunning views of the fruit orchard, valley and lake where weeping willow trees grow. It is a very peaceful and tranquil spot to read a book or sunbathe. The property has two bedrooms which can sleep 5 people. The main bedroom has a double bed, The second bedroom has three single beds. Childs travel cot and high chair can be provided on request. The open plan kitchen/living room has a lovely wood burning fire and flat screen TV (satellite freeview) and DVD player. There is also a well stocked bookshelf, a dining table. Outside there is a paved patio area with garden furniture and barbeque. |

| Seguinet is a 18 acre domaine comprising gardens, orchards, fields and woodlands. It has a trout fishing lake, where the annual fishing competition, organised by the Saint Front village committee, is held each June. We have fishing rods, which can be borrowed by guests, for use on the property. There are lots of seating areas around with outdoor furniture and each property has a barbecue. There are swings for children to play on and table tennis equipment as well as a badminton net and racquets. There is a small rowing boat on the lake which guests may use and a couple of cycles which can also be borrowed. Please note that there may be shared use of the main house swimming pool on certain dates only. |
