| Casale Quercia is in the heart of Antica Tenuta Le Piane and is the biggest of the apartments. It offers maximum comfort together with privacy. It has an independent entrance and its own garden, fenced off from the common areas with the traditional wood bar fencing in chestnut. It shares swimming pool together with houses Castagno and Ginepro. It s completely supplied with kitchen equipment (oven, fridge, freezer, kettle...), linen, towels (with weekly changes), tv. The swimming pools are fully supplied with umbrellas, sun loungers and cushions. You can also find some useful accessories as hair-dryer, umbrella, flashlight. There is a laundry shared by the apartments, with a washing machine and ironing facilities. There is also a game room for the guests with tv, video, ping pong table, board games and children's games. |

| The structure is the same as the other apartments but the accommodation is spread out over three floors. The ground floor is divided into the living room, separated from the dining room by the cooking area, which is a couple of steps higher from the living room. On the first floor there is a double room, a large landing with a single bed and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a large attic room with three beds. Outside the private garden has a terrace with pergola. |

For those who love sport and health there are different activities on offer, as well as the option of relaxing by the seaside or at the thermal baths Guests who enjoy eating will find that the local Marche cooking, with it's strong flavours and varied diet, offers many specialities to be sampled and enjoyed. Don't forget that in the winter there are many traditional folklore celebrations whose origins stretch back centuries, and offer both a taste of history whilst being a part of the modern local traditions. The area abounds in cultural gems, with cities and towns whose medieval roots are still clearly visible, with artistic and cultural vestiges of the centuries preserved for modern visitors. |
