| In the northern part of the Périgord Noir, on 8 km. of the Castel of Hautefort, bordered by bunches, you find Résidence La Roseraie. We propose you two luxurious villas (Villa Rosa and La Truffière) and one Cottage (Lou Nouzier). Well placed on our park of 2 ha. (on which is situated also the private property of the owner), all privacy of the villas is respected. Each villa is luxurious and tastefully equipped and disposes a private swimming pool. Admire the lovely panoramic views (Vallée d'Auvézère), while sitting on the terrace. NEW in 2009: Internet service. The total surface area of VILLA ROSA is 120 m². A covered terrace of 10 m² is included. The accommodation can receive at most 4 adults and 2 kids under 13 year. We welcome you with a pleasant ambiance and a variety of comforts. |

A bright room which boasts great views through the large sliding window-door (with automatic shutter). Utility room with washing machine, dryer and iron. 3 bedrooms (twin), one with en-suite shower and basin. 1 luxurious bath room with corner bath, double basin and toilets. Separated toilet. Television, satellite (french channels), Hifi, DVD. Cot and high chair available (age of children: up to 2 years old). More possible on demand. Pets are not allowed. | You will find a tourist information book in the villa. We will be glad to tell you more about spacialties (markest, restaurants, caves, etc). The Dordogne is well known for its prehistoric values, castles and gastronomic specialties (like the "truffle" and the "foie gras"). When you are visiting the region, do not forget to see the old historic city of Périgueux (Roman) and the cave of Lascaux (Montignac). Also a visit to the markets in the surroundings could be very pleasant. Within a distance of 30 km., you will find several rivers and lakes, where you have the possibility to swim, to canoe or to fish. If you like to ramble, various footpaths are marked in the forests. These paths are also ideal to discover on a mountain bike. On 2 km. you find a horse riding school (possibilities on reservation). |
