| The farmhouse is placed on the triangle among Florence, Siena and Arezzo, The location is really excellent since is central and close to all the major art cities of Tuscany and Umbria.Our holiday house has been created by the lovingly and painstakingly restoration of a XVII century farmhouse. the complex is divided into one cottage and three apartments, and is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river. The Compound is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, with of 7 x 12 meters swimming pool that has a part for children (3x3 meters). The apartments have been tastefully finished , and fully furnished and are all provided with TV sat, and their own heating system. Communal Laundry room with washing machine and iron . |

EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator,bread toaster, mini food processor….plenty of everything you may need to feel at home. | The lodging enjoys countryside privacy, close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo and it is the ideal base for many excursions in all Central Italy. Being in the center of Tuscany Siena, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia and many other art cities will be easily reached...The train station to reach Florence is 7 km from the house (free safe parking) and in about one hour it will take you right to the centre of the city without having to worry about parking and traffic. If guests want to reach Florence by car, we will be happy to give them the direction to reach safe parkings. Activities: Tourism, Sightseeing, Bird watching, Hiking. Mountain Biking, Walking, relaxing.Ideal for the Photography lovers The Natural Reserves of “Valle dell’Inferno e Bandella” and “Ponte Buriano e Penna” will offer nice walking tracks. |
